Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Easystream Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
